This newsletter will be sent daily, assuming that relevant cases have been decided on the previous day.
You should expect to receive a daily email at approximately 6:00 am Pacific Time summarizing opinions released the previous day in your chosen jurisdiction(s). This timing is the same for newsletters covering all the cases in the jurisdiction and for newsletters covering only cases in a certain practice area in the jurisdiction. If a new opinion was not released by a particular court on the previous day, you will not receive a daily summary email for that jurisdiction.
Our weekly practice areas summaries are free newsletters offering you summaries of key developments from across the nation in your selected practice area(s) during the previous week.

On Friday mornings at approximately 6:00 am Pacific Time, you should expect to receive an email for each practice area for which you have requested Justia Daily Opinion Summaries newsletters. However, if there were not any new developments within your selected practice area(s) during the prior week, you will not receive a newsletter.
