About Leah Del Percio
Leah Del Percio is the President, CEO, and co-founder of Trustate, one of the world’s fastest-growing estate administration platforms. Since Trustate’s founding in 2020, Ms. Del Percio has been involved in all aspects of the firm's development and growth. Trustate provides B2B tools to various stakeholders throughout the estate administration process including law firms, wealth managers, banks, and accountants, amongst others. Today, the firm is an industry leader in the LegalTech space and is regularly featured as one of the top startups to watch.
Prior to founding Trustate, Ms. Del Percio was a senior Trust and Estate attorney at DLA Piper, where she focused on helping individuals, families, and institutions with crisis and succession planning, wealth preservation, asset protection, and complex tax strategies. She has been named to Super Lawyers “Rising Stars” list on multiple occasions and has been featured in various publications, including national features in both Law.com and Business Insider. Prior to DLA Piper, Ms. Del Percio was a senior associate at a Trusts and Estates Boutique Law Firm in NJ and NY. Before entering private practice, she worked in the JPMorgan Private Bank. She is regularly asked to lecture at various universities and law schools on trusts and estates matters, as well as teaching continuing education CLE classes. She has served as pro-bono counsel for the Boys and Girls Club and has represented many underserved groups in the continued fight for equality and civil rights. Ms. Del Percio lives in Tampa, FL., with her husband, Michael, and two sons. Ms. Del Percio holds a B.A. from the University of Miami, a J.D. from the Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, and an LL.M. in taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She is licensed in Maryland, New York, and New Jersey.
