After graduating from Columbia Law School, Scott worked for 20+ years as an attorney and senior executive in the government and non-profit sectors. Among other accomplishments, he led a division responsible for programmatic oversight of 300+ senior centers and home-delivered meal providers; was second-in-command of NYC's central administrative law court; and served as the General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer, and head of operations for the USA's largest provider of domestic violence shelters. Scott earned a Hero's Award from the NYC Department of Buildings for work he performed during the recovery from the 9/11 terrorist attacks.

As an entrepreneur, Scott successfully grew and scaled a small manufacturing company into a two-city operation with clients that included some of the most recognized corporate names in the USA before founding his current coaching and speaking business.

Drawing on years of organizational executive experience, decades as a practicing attorney, and success at running a small business, Scott's insights have appeared in book compilations and online magazines as well as on television and countless podcasts.

As a professional speaker, Scott also sits on the Board of Directors of the National Speakers Association (NYC Chapter); his high-energy speeches, panel presentations, and workshops have electrified diverse audiences both in the United States and abroad. He has also hosted 4 podcasts, including two branded shows; two of these shows (including his current one) have been ranked in the top 5% of listeners globally.
