Claire E. Parsons is Of Counsel with Bricker Graydon LLP. She practices in the areas of school law, employment law, and litigation in both Kentucky and Ohio. In addition to being an experienced attorney, mom of two girls, and active community leader, Claire is a popular and well-known speaker and writer on the topics of attorney mental health, mindfulness, compassion, and stress management. She is the Chair of the wellness committee for the Ohio State Bar Association and Bricker Graydon.
Claire has meditated for more than a decade and taught mindfulness and compassion for more than five years to lawyers, professionals, and more. Claire has more than 1000 hours of training in mind-body practices. She is certified in Mental Health First Aid and as a SHRM Workplace Mental Health Ally. Claire is also certified to teach meditation, compassion, yoga, pranayama, and somatic healing and has specific training in trauma-sensitive mindfulness.
Her work has been featured on Insight Timer, Above the Law, the Institute for Well-Being in Law, and the Mindfulness in Law Society. She is the founder of the Brilliant Legal Mind blog (www.brilliantlegalmind.com) where she writes, offers guided meditations, and shares resources relating to mental health, mindfulness, compassion, yoga, and more.
