Formed in 2019, RSMD brings together lawyers with deep experience in every aspect of Illinois legal ethics. All four firm attorneys have advised, taught, practiced and developed law in the field. The firm represents attorneys, judges, and applicants to the bar in matters relating to their conduct and character, and it provides thorough and constructive advice to attorneys and firms seeking ethics opinions on difficult questions, new business ventures, and alternative firm structures.
