About Andreea Parc

Andreea Parc, LL.M. spent eight years practicing law in New York — immigration, family law, estate planning, and business law — before a federal conviction on asylum fraud and false statements ended that career and led to five years in federal prison. Rather than treat the conviction as the story's end, she spent the years that followed studying what preceded it: not the misconduct itself, but the mechanism that let her keep believing she was still the attorney she'd set out to be while the evidence said otherwise.

That study became The Erosion Sequence™ and The Erosion Profile™, two USPTO-trademarked frameworks mapping how attorney professional identity erodes in small, unregistered steps long before any rule is formally broken. She now brings this work to bar associations, law firms, and law schools through CLE programming, a twelve-question self-assessment used by practicing attorneys, and ongoing analysis of public attorney disciplinary records.

She holds an LL.M. from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, where she returned in March 2026 to deliver a talk to the school's LL.M. program. She is the author of Alive Again (Three Tomatoes Publishing, 2023) and Predict Your Outcomes Guidebook.
