Charles H. Peckham is a member of Peckham Martin, PLLC and a Panel Mediator for ADR Of Counsel. He has practiced law for over 33 years. He is Board Certified in Labor and Employment Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.

Charles is a Mediator, handling both traditional and Early Dispute Resolution (EDR) mediations. He is an AAA Arbitrator on the Employment and Consumer panels.

Charles is serving in his 10th and final year on the State Bar of Texas Pattern Jury Charge Committee on Business, Consumer, Insurance, and Employment Law.

He is an Orange-blooded Longhorn and also a graduate of the South Texas College of Law. His wife is an Oklahoma Sooner and his 23-year old triplets are…Aggies.
