Dan Gibson is a partner at Davis Hartman Wright. His practice focuses on appeals and civil litigation. He is also an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University School of Law and High Point University School of Law, where he has taught North Carolina constitutional law, legal writing for judicial chambers, and appellate advocacy. Gibson has earned an AV rating from Martindale Hubbell and is recognized as one of Business North Carolina’s Legal Elite for Appellate Practice. He is also the author of A Practical Guide to North Carolina Civil Procedure, a forthcoming treatise published by LexisNexis. He lives in Durham, North Carolina with his wife and daughters.
